Meet Karline Ricketts, CEO and Salon Professional

"Beauty starts from the inside."

In 1997, Karline Ricketts opened her first salon in West Palm Beach, Fl to provide an upscale client environment for a growing ethnic consumer  market. This former NYC accounting professional, who spent many evening hours working for the legendary Studio 54, retrained and retooled under the tutelage of Paul Mitchell Systems.

Karline was born in Kingston, Jamaica and continues to maintain her island internship advisory board for the Palm Beach Academy of Health & Beauty.  She is a tireless advocate for community causes and reciepient of a Community Service Award from the Palm Beach County Health Department.

Meet Brianca Riviera

"I've been doing hair for as long as I've known myself."

Brianca, "Bri," was born in the United States Virgin Islands and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida to complete her education at Palm Beach Lakes High School.  She attended FAMU (Florida A&M University), home of the world-renowned Marching 100, before returning to West Palm Beach to raise her son and to pursue her true passion: hair.  Bri completed her cosmetology education at Lincoln College of technology and specializes in natural hair and dreads.

Meet Tanasha Price

"I love making people feel beautiful and handsome."

In Florida, chances are you'll meet more transplants than locals, but Tanasha is home grown talent.  Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, Tanasha completed her cosmetology education at Lincoln College of Technology.  Tanasha's service specialties include eyebrow arches, eyelash extensions, manicures and pedicures.
